Interesting how the title of this video says “Reverse Osmosis” yet NONE of the filters displayed were reverse osmosis membranes. Those were all either activated carbon or polypropylene melt-blown particulate cartridges. Which are usually deployed as Pre-Filters for RO process.

Also, if your system looks like that, you will either need to change the filters out more often or increase the size of the filter surface area. Seems to me like this system is either undersized or poorly maintained or both.

An interesting fact about that dark brown/black stuff around the filter, thats actually mostly carbon particles(from a multitude of things) its also some of the minerals in the water of which we need, without the necessary minerals within most water, the will will enter our bodies snd exit nesrly as fast within a few hours give or take, most people think it will throw off our bodies nstural PH but thats not the case, what i do with my the water that runs through RO is i either add trace mineral drops or run it through a re-mineralization filter. Its absolutely vital, if i missed you doing this its because ill pause the video as i respond so i dont miss it or so it doesnt continiously play as i respond with large messages lol

thats pretty disgusting, you need a whole house water softener with filters so your system will last longer and wont look like that.
