Hmmm the person who sold this to me on eBay isn't answering my emails and the 800 number always says "User Busy". I installed a new system and the tank is filling up in 45 minutes. RO membrane is seated properly, all lines are connected correctly. I did NOT mix up the drain line or anything. I even had a friend who is a plumber also look at it. He sees no problem with the setup. What the heck? It's supposed to take at least 2.5 hours to fill that tank!

Can you tell me how to disable the lock before replacing the filters? every year the filter turns itself off and we have to pay $250 to replace it no matter how much water we drink. We want to replace the filter every 2-3 years. There are companies that remove blockages and sell other filters for this device, but we wanted to do it ourselves. We will not pay for a market monopoly to 1 company.
