My issue with RO, is the tanks grow bacteria, and the pressure membrane is made of isobutyl rubber, which I found in a lab test I took, so I stopped using RO. I now use a distiller and feel much better about the purity of my water, and I just add my own minerals, which I have control over, and know exactly how much I am getting.
