As a trainer for over 30 years and an owner of my own 5star personal training and nutrition center for the last 15 years. I can tell you the trainer is incorrect on the heart rate zones. It’s all based on age and fitness level as well as medications, and medical backgrounds. If I was to let my one 65 year old client anywhere near 120 - 130 BPM, she’d have an anxiety attack as well as a possible heart attack. I know you meant well with the video but it should have a correction. TY for all you do 👍
