PANELS IN ACTION! - Build a lift panel for Isaac (Last video)

Here are the panels in action! Different modes, speeds and the text output that tells you what's happening.
They are done!! Constructed, programmed, tweaked, soak tested and now packaged up ready to send.

From my personal collection of lift parts, I'm going to use some of them to send to couple of kids.
This is not just any project, it's a mrmattandmrchay (and LazyTechNerd) project!! This means "attention to detail" and "perfection" becomes very important XD

#### ABOUT ISAAC ####
Isaac is 9 years old and is a twin, he lives with his parents and his sister Naomi – who, I’m informed, absolutely adores him.
Isaac has very complex needs, having a diagnosis of severe autism (he is non-verbal), significant learning difficulties, neurofibromatosis type 1, visual impairment and a tumour on his brain.
Isaac loves routine, Bing Bunny on CBeebies, and eating!
But his favourite thing of all is lifts! He watches them on YouTube at any opportunity. From the age of 3, Isaac has adored lifts. He flaps and gets so excited every time he see’s one. He seems to instinctively know any shop that has one and where they are even if he has never been there before!
He loves the doors opening and closing, the buttons, watching people disappear in them, the noise the lift makes and the floor announcements. He is never happier than when he is close by or inside a lift!
Isaac does not play with toys. He struggles to engage with other people and gets so frustrated at not being able to communicate.

I have to say this is really heart warming stuff. Its really nice that you go out of your way to do this.

Also completely off opic I was wondering what kit you used on your own alarm system. Like pirs, panels, bells and tat. It wod be nice if you could consider making a video on it at some point. Again if you dont wish to do it for security reasons its fine by me (not that you need my approval anyway lol).

The only thing that I'd have added (if enough outputs on the arduino), is a real bell, for the car call of the ground floor. Like old school lifts !

I recall some hotel lifts in the former USSR that had floors that moved when you got in - was it to indicate there were passengers in the lift? If so for what reason?

What hardware software u use buddy to be able to use custom code like that cheers and it looks wicked

Ardweenie overkill. Do it with 7400 series logic. Much more fun to finish a puzzle (Elevator logic) that way.

0:10 in the top left - You know how one of them is missing a metal indicator plate? Is that the V1 circuit design or are you not sending that one out?
