The life of Perovskite is not as long as regular solar panels. So the tradeoff is they will need to be replaced sooner then regular solar panels and to boot no company has made $$ off of recycling solar panels. Fixing and reselling older diminished solar panels can be had for cheap but there life expectancy is not rated or guaranteed.

Have you seen the people that dig lithium out of the ground? They are in the Congo. Perhaps you should look into that. Also solar panels are not eco friendly. At all. 🧐
