I think Ubisoft's being misleading. Every game that comes out, people always think it looks like the old games because Ubisoft intentionally make it seem that way to make it sell but it never is. Anyways, I'm just here to see what they do with it but hopefully it will break the cycle.

I actually enjoyed origins even though it wasnt like any of the classics but with Valhalla and Odyssey i just didnt like them AT ALL
Yesterday i decided to play Assassins creed from the very beginning and im already on AC2 and man i forgot how much i loved that game when it came out like i couldnt have asked for a more perfect game in terms of story and the main protagonist! I cant wait to play brotherhood and revelations again man

You are expecting too much. The Parkour animation looks just like valhalla. The movement is slow and it will be same crouch walk assassination. It's just that there are bulidings in the setup.

The problem is going to be the story in my eyes since this is basim it has to end of him remembering his past life and meeting Sigurd. Knowing Ubisoft the world is going to be big and empty and having to pay for early game advantage to skip grinding or bad skins or packs

Going back to the roots is just marketing. That s just a valhalla dlc with more time to develop.

It is for the area its in the clothes and guards maybe story.

It isn't. For the fight Controls. The first one is sqaure and now its back buttons. No eagle vision.. and a leveling up system. And I hate that vanished ability to kill is trash.. what next with tons of dlc that's about 100hrs like valhalla.. I don't mind dlc but I hate those shit swords and add on on your horse or camel whatever its a little bit stupid.

The parkour is the same as Vahalla. Why are people talking like it's from the older games? I genuinely don't understand.

I wanted to get it then they said no steam release, wich is a bummer. I was ok with buying it on ubisoft but then they said ingame store and nfts. Yea i think ill pass

Looks good but it’s still a lot of the same animations from Valhalla so the parkour is not like ac 1&2
