You are wrong, Enkidu actually clawed him for all the times he sent him to scout in a area before taking out the marksman

Wish the ending would've been more obviously connected to Valhalla.

Had to watch this to understand it.

The fight between Basim and Roshan makes sense, she believes that as a member of the hidden ones, you have died, you are no longer you. You have enslaved yourself to freedom. Basim trying to find himself goes against Roshan’s entire philosophy and why she joined the Hidden Ones. She has even given herself the name “daughter of no one”

Finshed it literally a few moments ago and it has to be one of the most complicated endings 😅

So, the antagonist won?
Roshan was right about not letting this evil out into the world?
Her leaving now makes more sense now.
Makes one wonder if there was a split in the group after she left.

People complaining about how they haven't finished the game and yet ign already posted explanation for the ending can just like... you know... not watch it? It's not like the caption and thumbnail spoiled anything

Nehal is definitely a “Qareen” it’s a type of jinn which accompany every human which is like a double of a human

This was one of the first AC where we didn’t have some one in the animus. Seemed like it was just. Past origin story instead of a future “let’s find out what our ancestor assassin knew”

Imagine instead of unceremoniously killing off Qabiha, she and Basim go back to the assassins temple to discover the truth. It would have provided a different perspective to the order other than "bad guy dont agree must die"

Poor Roshan, she was right at the end.... sad to see Basim becoming evil :(

Loki does not take control of Basim, Basim and Loki are the same person, he only becomes aware of what he was, Nehal is a manifestation of ISU's past life, Therefore they are the same person, only that he remembers who he was that's why he changes his attitude after Mirage, like Eivor in the final chapter of Valhalla realizing who he was and after years he accepts it

Cool little detail, you can see the scratch that Enkidu made on Basim's face during the clip from Valhalla

We need an assassin's creed game that takes place during the isu era

It's sad to see Basim is dead. It would have been interesting if his consciousness still talked to Loki like Odin did with Eivor

It’s neither Basim or Loki. Now that the two memories have merged it’s a completely new being/consciousness with access to all memories. Though if that’s too confusing you can say they both still exist in one body

This makes so much sense. Crazy how they interlinked both games. Cool. Very cool.

5:17 when why did Present day basim acknowledge himself as secret from loki? He says something like "eivors relationship with odin is different from mine and lokis" and that he and loki have a mutual understanding

didn't play valhalla so this is useful

The ending killed the mood of the entire game. Roshan's character was so rushed at the end of the game too. All of what she's given us all just to stab her in the back.
