Hi Steve. Thanks for your advice.
Regarding your closing frustrations about the size of the "Save Changes" button, the button size is perfectly sized for me; I not having the same experience you are. I wondered if perhaps a browser zoom function might be responsible so I logged into my Gmail and experimented, zooming in and out, and the button size changed with the rest of the page. I am using Firefox on Windows.

Thanks, Steve. Maybe you can help with this. I saved my new signature. It works fine when I send an email. But if an old contact emails me and I respond, the old signature appears in the email. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks again!

Thanks for your great videos. So instructive and easy for even me to follow. One problem I have been struggling with in Gmail is I want to group a email from the same person or organisation and be able to delete them off the account as one. On my email service I use at the moment all I do is click on the from task and the service group them all in alphabetical-numerical order. All I need then to do is highlight the email and send them off to trash with one click. I have 290000 email's in Gmail now a lot could be culled. Can you help me and the others that I am sure want to do this in Gmail. Thanks in advance. Jeff on The Central Coast of NSW

Thanks for the video; however, my menu for adding images differs from yours. When you clicked on the image icon, you had the option of uploading a photo. On my menu, I show that I still need to paste an image URL. Do you happen to know the reason for that?

Steve I figured out how to make one signature after your video, however, I want TWO signatures for the SAME email address. Can I do that? I have two businesses and only one gmail account and did not want another gmail if I don't have to. Can I do that and switch back and forth?
