This isnt spending 100 days in terraria, or spending 100 days in calamity, or playing the mod of redemption. This is me spending a full year in calamity terraria.

I absolutely love Skeleton's concepts of cheating. Taking blocks from the Builder's Workshop or buying 30 potions for an infinite buff is just reduces grinding and I totally agree with you. Yes, Infernum should make you suffer, but I'll leave that to the bosses. The game can remain challenging, but it must be comfortable at the same time. Everyone adjusts the Modded Terraria for themselves.

A little tip for if you ever get the golem arena glitch in future runs: Fargo’s mod has an item called the “lihzahrd instactuation bomb” which clears out a larger space around the altar

a bit of advice for summoner use more then one kind of summon, the caustic staff does low damage but debuffs enemies so its good when used in conjunction with other summons, and play more passively, I know it can be a tad bit boring for some but your summons can take care of most of the work, you will still need to tag enemies for extra damage but for the most part focus on the dodging, lastly place and play around sentries they are free damage, hope this advice can be of some use to you in future playthroughs

Few notes about Calamity summoner; unlike regular terraria, calamity seems to encourage the use of multiple different summons at once. For example in early hardmode, the little dragon summon does weaker damage but inflicts an I hope debuff on enemies. I would have at least one out at a time with the hard hitting summons to do more damage. There are a lot of summons who have little quirks that would benefit having multiple different types out.

Like the terraria summoner, you are really frail and cannot take a hit at all. I’ve found that Calamity does not reward summoners staying too close to a boss to hit them and treat the game like a bullet hell instead. Always focus on DPS with summons because it is a game of who can outlast the other with bosses.

Yeah, Summoner is a glass cannon class, you can deal a TON of damage and AFK but your defense is lower than the other classes. Normally I don't have a problem with Summoner, but yeah, Infernum hits like truck.

Also Infernum looks amazing, also maybe try seeing if in the configs you can lower the light/ color of certain attacks if you encounter another Empress situation with the flashy attacks. I'm excited to the 2nd part, I feel like in day 365 Skeletron is gonna become as bald as the actual Skeletron.

Summoner best class no one can change my mind
