Just purchased mine today!! The only variant is mine has the alligator band - so ingenious how they integrated it with the rubber strap to make it water proof. It feels amazing - I don’t even want to take it off!!

I’ve had mine for nearly a year now. I went for the orange quarter bezel and detail along with orange stitched rubber strap. I also have a tag carrera, a couple of Hamiltons and another Omega but the planet ocean is my go to watch, so comfortable to wear

I commend Omega for using so much satin polishing. I never liked any of my divers with polished bracelets.

I just acquired this awesome watch (black version). Swapped it for my 3 month old 3861 Moonwatch. That thing is waaaay overrated and did nothing for me at all. I tried hard to love it but nope… was wearing my’57 and leaving the Moonwatch in the drawer.
The Planet Ocean is just next level by comparison. It’s a lifetime watch. Looks absolutely fantastic, the movement is seriously good and the ceramic bezel/sapphire crystal makes for a piece that will look great for many years!
Mine is on the Alligator/rubber band. Not a fan of metal bracelets.

The helium Escape wart is part of the heritage of this model. However, it would be nice if Omega developed a flush valve and offered both options to the end consumer.

It's dumbfounding that they make the dials super-reflective, behind an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. And yes, they are WAY too thick.
