I like the bump in resolution. 1080p works, but everything seems to be going to higher and higher resolution, so nice to see them following market trends instead of cutting corners and cost.

Since they did not include an USB port for a second camera, I will pass on this upgrade. I currently have 2 V1 floodlight cameras with a second camera installed on each one. The 2 camera system gives me a better field of vision than the improved field on the V2.

Thanks for the video. This past week the price of the V2 was $53.99 i placed the order and tried to check out and coudn't, something went wrong. I tried again the following day the price was $83.99. I contacted Wyze but no luck.Do you thing the v2's will go on sale?
I noticed everyone has the same price.

Lumen output just seems low. I’ve got 100w leds installed so my kids can play after dark (in my eves). I wonder how hard wiring these into the wyze floodlight could be.

Can the v2 be mounted upside down under an eave? The v1 can, barely, but had limits on positioning the lights and camera when doing so.

I just bought 1 of these V2s to put in an entry way to a stairwell but I also just bought the V3 pro to put outside of my building which is directly on the sidewalk and gets a ton of foot traffic so I wanted the 3000 Lumens to lite up the sidewalk. Would it be more practical to order another V2 and return the uninstalled still in the box
V3pro? Except for the Lumen difference would you recommend the V2 or V3pro for my situation. Thanks and great info BTW.

Question can you turn the light on permanently if you need to for exampel work on your car ouside and then set it back to the motion setting?

If my flood lights are wired to a switch inside, will I have to have the lights switched on for the camera to work 24/7?

How does the V2 compare to V3? Why would they launch a number lower than what is already available? Does it mean it's a downgrade instead of an upgrade from v3?

Can you tell me if you can get motion detection notifications with just microSD and no subscriptions? Or the basic Cam Light subscription?
