Please note: The OG Stack Kit does not work with our Outdoor Power Adapters. Does anyone know if there is a work around or a way to get a longer cord since the one included is only 6 feet.

I sat in on the launch, watched, ordered, received and now the um where is the mount to combine the cameras???? Oh it doesn't come with, oh it wasn't offered when ordering at launch?? WHY? was this not offered or mentioned appon checkout... I even ordered the 3 little motion lights I would have ordered.. now I have to order and pay for more 5.99 shipping... bummer

I have 6 cameras subscribe to PLUS via app, two cams do not record full events and miss movement entirely even when set at 100, how could the camera miss a heavy equipment trailer being dropped off. and why do I complain here you ask? Because it’s impossible to get through to good customer service! I can’t tell you how many times the system has asked me for payment for additional services. TERRIBLE zoom.

I want to know why in the hell can't you save video on the live web page? I also want to know why the streams on the live website keep freezing? Come on people these are just basic features.

I was looking forward for this type of camera until I saw this is as sloppy expensive idea. For users that want to have the camera at a window this is a horrible idea. Forcing users to have a clunky setup and pay for both products in addition to a camplus subscription make no sense to me. This is not what you call a inexpensive cam. How cost effective was it for wyze? . For that matter I’d rather pay $60 for an all in one product. I rather stick with my old wyze cams until you guys make it right. I fear wyze forcing cam plus in the future and become no different than other companies.
