Ive been using this camera for one year now, i have 5 of them and 3 other wireless camera i pay the subscription yearly, i did not have any problem.

Mine works great.Picture and video quality are really clear and I can see everything from my phone from App. I can talk to person at door without opening and I pay 6.00 month for it to be stored in iCloud and continuously running.Great sensor light as well.

I ordered this camera. Came with instructions that you need a magnifying glass to see & there was NO manual but I watched YouTube videos and it seems very easy but it doesn't want to Pair. It did say something about you have to have 240 volts instead of 120 because the wires could get hot and it could cause a fire. I'm going to find where I ordered it from and see if they can help. Very disappointed because the camera moved but there is NO sound so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. 🤔

Not worth it, the subscription is expensive. And they can keep any of your data. Its in its contract. I dont recommend it, get a Ring cam instead.

Can someone please guide, i purchased a cam that is not responding when i connect it to cord neither after pressing the reset button for long, do i need to exchange that ? is there a problem with the Camera itself ? I have changed the holder also, other bulbs are working fine with the same holders.

How can I know how many megapixels a camera has? I bought 2 of 5mp and the image of one is worse and on the app screen it says 1080p...

How do you contact customer service. Got these with no SD card which is needed for them to work. No numbers no one to get ahold of anyone. So dissatisfied 😊
