40 Things You Missed In The Cloverfield Paradox and Cloverfield ARG + Cloverfield Series Timeline

A closer look at some of the things you may have missed in the new 2018 Cloverfield film, and it's ARG and how they tie into the series.

Bad Robot surprised everyone by instant releasing the third movie in the Cloverfield franchise, The Cloverfield Paradox during the Super Bowl this year. They had been teasing an incoming third film using the websites associated with the Cloverfield ARG (Alternate Reality Game) to create some buzz using viral marketing, but nobody expected the movie to release so soon.

In this video, I'll start by doing a recap of everything that has happened in the Cloverfield universe so far, including Cloverfield (2008), it's ARG, 10 Cloverfield Lane (2016) and it's ARG. Then I'll dive into the 40 Things You Missed in the latest ARG for The Cloverfield Paradox (2018). Finally I'll explore some timeline theories and attempt to explain how the three movies fit together. In particular, I'll be focusing on the easter eggs and connections to the other movies that you might have overlooked.

Get ready, because after all the alternate dimensions, split timelines and fine details, your brain may need a small vacation.

I always thought the mysterious falling debris from the original Cloverfield was parts of the Shepard in the Cloverfield paradox pushed into the original dimension by it's explosion and that is why Tagurato claimed ownership, because it WAS there equipment just from the future of a parallel dimension. I also believe the sea bed nectar was being extracted from "Clover's" prehistoric Egg and that it's possible prior to the Shepard explosion, "Clover" was completely dormant or dead unlikely to be awoken by Tagurato's drilling and that's what the Explosion really changed it turned clover from a fossil to a living thing.

Awesome video. JJ has said that the original Cloverfield Mo Star was just a baby, lost, scared and searching for its parents. I think the monster at the end of Paradox is one of its parents. This could put us in dimension A at the end of Paradox? There is also a red flash, which takes place on earth in Paradox that no one seems to be talking about.

Cloverfield is one of my top 5 favorite films ever made. I love the universe and monsters. It’s crazy how the ARG stuff is implemented. It’s absolutely wild. I was in high school in 2008. That’s when I graduated. I remember visiting the website they had up and wondering what was going on. I saw it opening weekend and was left amazed after watching.

If we look at Scenario two, the ship is next to earth at the beginning for the movie, but when they travel to another dimension the ship is on the other side of the sun. This could mean the earth hasn’t reached the spot where the ship is in time, either being in the past or the future. Since the earth goes around the sun that could explain the time difference

The third movie isnt in the UK, they are just english people living in the US. He has a Job there. Also hes driving on the wrong side at the beginning for it to be the UK. I also believe that the bunker he went to was Megans bunker.

The Clover from the first movie was confirmed to be an infant, the Clover from Paradox is most likely an adult Clover

But it is stated that the space capsule is going to land off the coast of Delaware, and the object landed off the coast of Coney island, so it can't be the same object

I have a feeling that the object falling from the sky at the end of the first movie is the space station that was replaced in paradox. Seeing as how they have one of their shipmates in the wall, but an entire ship is missing. I think that's how it is connected.
