🧐This sounds right🧐 I watched another video that said to bend my knees up until my heel touches my butt and I almost hurt myself by doing that😠 This is simple, touch my butt with my heels. That's doable. And I'm pretty sure that won't hurt me.

Wouldn't it be better for running form to pull the heels straight up from under the center of mass? Lifting your knees up more but not kicking the heels out backwards. The shown motion would increase the foot recovery time per step.
