Sir, whatever research done on effect of Ghee on Cholesterol is on clarified butter. Ghee is not a clarified butter. Cow ghee prepared in traditional way i.e. buttermilk churning > extraction of butter > giving heat to the butter > Ghee; will never ever increase LDL or triglycerides 🙏
