why test it on rats when humans already eat it, just test the human levels and affects ._.

adding 10% ghee to rat's diet is absurd. Most of the Indians consume ghee abt 1 to 2 tsp max a day.
We dont swim in ghee, but ghee has been part of our food for 1000s of years and we lived healthy too, until fast food came in

I had a school friend whose favourite dish after meals was a small bowl of ghee laden with cane sugar...which she slurped away. She was sporty, active, slim, intellectually brilliant, had sparkling teeth and hair. Try convincing me otherwise. This is witnessed. I avoided ghee like plague. I was overweight, fatigued and not so sharp.

Only foreigners suggest eat butter... Not ghee because
Ghee is Indian..
Just read history of ghee
1500 BC
Ghee was made writen in vedas
Today science can't touch the technology of ancient time people..👍👍

Butter, ghee, lard, tallow, coconut oil and olive oil. Everything else is just engine lubricant in my mind. I have seen people getting healthy just by getting rid of seed oils.

What exactly did the rats eat other than Ghee? HFCS? One can't expect good results if healthy food is mixed with significant amounts of unhealthy junk food.

We got enough evidence in our family
that Ghee is healthy and irreplaceable. Think again!

Ghee contains fat soluble Vitamins like Vitamin D, A, K, E & is the food with highest contents of butyrate. So if the bacterias of your GI tract can't produce enough butyrate from fibres, ghee is very much welcome. Your colon & GI tract will love it.😊😊

Cholesterol is not a marker of heart disease

Namasthê; saw this video today (01April2022 - but my comments have nothing to do with April fools day); please understand the difference between A1 and A2 milk; A2 is produced by some of the native strains of cows in India; A2 is also produced by cows that have been cross bred in the western world. The Ghee produced thus varies in nutrient content, from Indian cows and crossbred Western world cows. What researchers would not tell to the public is the fact that A1 milk increasingly does not agree with people who consume it in the western world. Why is this so? = due to many injections that the cows get for increased milk production and combating diseases.
What ever the research findings talking of Cholesterol should not be attached to A2 milk. Please research this aspect yourself and make an informed conclusion. Let the Western world with advanced scientific methods not fool you. Pranâms

Well, we know what “science” told us the past couple years.
If I’ve learned nothing else, i now realize there is literally a research to promote anything you want it to say. They just toss out the results they don’t want and compile what they do want.

If ghee is used for deep frying can it be reused the next day? Can it be used in place of regular butter? Does it require refrigeration? I've heard of ghee, wanted to buy it but wasn't sure how or when to use it. Going to buy me a jar from the intl food market tomorrow.
Thank you for the info. I agree that manufacturers gave this product a bad rep so they can sell crap like margarine. I stop buying that fake mess years ago.
