3 sets cable lateral raises
3 sets reverse pec dec
1 to 2 Sets of Barbell Shoulder Press

4 sets of 10-12 shoulder press
4 sets of lateral raises dubells
3 sets of cable lateral raises one hand at a time
And 4 sets of cable pulls for the back shoulder
