Heya Steve! Regarding age and training recovery: Is there a correlation between the rate of muscle growth and wounds healing? I’ve noticed if I get a cut on my hand or leg it takes way longer to heal these days. What about when muscle breakdown occurs? Should it also take more recovery time for muscle growth to complete between sessions? I was on a PPL split for ten months of a bulk and certainly gained size, but not nearly as much as I’d expected on areas I was trying to focus more time on. Gonna do UpperLower now since there’d be that extra day of recovery.
