They honestly nailed Chapter 4 Season 2 - The midgame objectives and vaults were perfect, mobility was really good, and it honestly just felt like a perfect season to play not just for comp but in general

Dang, older Fortnite always looks so much more fun. Grenades, Traps, no bullet travel time/drop off, recoil was represented by spread instead of your camera shifting up 12 degrees, it all looks so much more fun and had more room for creativity.
Bullet spread gave a risk/reward dynamic where you could stand still for better aim at the cost of being easier to be shot, while moving makes it harder to get shot, but also harder to hit shots.
Now any time I use an AR that isn’t the striker burst, it feels more like a battle between me and my own gun. I have to constantly be tilting my controller down(yes I play gyro controls) while my gun is constantly flicking my aim up. Like mid-long range combat is two players playing tug-of-war against their weapons and whoever wins the game of tug-of-war wins against the other player.

Edit: what were you smoking when you were giving rating for tournaments in C3S3?

There was 2 LANs - Gamers8 (in both Zero Builds and Builds) and DH Sweden (again Both BR and ZB), trio cash cups alongside duos and solos, FNCS with an awesome prizing.

Honestly I wouldn't mind staying in Chapters 1 and 2 forever if we got current movement mechanics. Sprinting, sliding, mantling, hurdling, vaulting, etc.

for years I have been saying chapter 2 season 1 was highly underrated. That basic meta should have been the standard for comp fortnite. if they removed the rpg and tuned the zones to be slightly would have been perfect. would have been awesome as duos

Before even watching this video, I gotta say it has to be chapter 2, season 8. I believe that is the most balanced meta and map we've ever had. Also, we had good tournaments, but most importantly, this meta wasn't broken but still very enjoyable weapons wise

The SMG-Tracking section in your map is bugged. The target randomly stops moving. Great map btw. and finally a new video!

Reiss, couple of notes:

- C2S1 had nade stacking, so way meta should have been a 9.
- C2S4 had money in weekly quals, they got removed for season 5 and auto qual became a thing

Man, I totally feel you! Chapter 4 Season 2 really was something special. It's wild how the game keeps changing, but those midgame vibes were just 🔥. Also, I can't believe how many people are making these rapid comments like they're on a speedrun! 😂 Can't wait to see what the next season brings! 🎮✨
