RECIPE (1 serving, 10min prep time):
-75g tofu (I used smoked tofu)
-1 heaped Tsp pesto
-2 sun dried tomatoes, chopped (plus some of the juices)
Mix and set aside
Else:
-2 slices of bread
-2 Tsp roasted pepper spread
-lettuce, tomato, balsamic glaze and vegan Parmesan
Build the sandwich.

After I watched that video, I decided to make it. It took me 2 days to get all the ingredients. I made the sandwich in 10-15 minutes. I eat it at 5. 🤦‍♀️it was so delicious, all the flavors, I couldn’t believe it. Thank you. After I tried it myself I offered to all my family. They all enjoyed. 🎉
