I woke up 4 years ago hyper allergic to water, wheat, corn, eggs, and dairy. So much so I've had to go almost completely vegan for some things.

Corn starch is in everything!

As a former chef (not cooking due to my health) my brain feels like a fish out of water. Literally.

Some things kinda transfer over and some things like bread like things I really struggle with.

I'd love it if corn starch wasn't in everything. Lol
