I would say D - because it is fast and easy to rule out a BGL and once you are in route you still wanna call for a stoke alert because this patient tests positive to the Cincinnati stroke scale.

A stroke test to rule that out, then I’d take blood glucose. During my clinicals we had a call for a possible stroke, and that is how we did it. He tested negative for stroke, and his BG was over 500, and wife said he had diabetes.

A… wouldn’t hurt to check glucose en route, but one sided weakness is definitely CVA/TIA.
