I've been binging on your videos and I love them! Most brands of plain Greek yogurt are too tart but the Fage 2% is so smooth and creamy. I totally recommend it.

I love using greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream!!

Corn starch is probably used in the "fruit" blend as a thickening agent.

great information! another thing to note is the price on those ones you showed with 18 and 16 g of sugar - they are so expenive not to mention packed with sugar. as where the non-fat greek stuff in my opinion is (HUGE container from SAMS) is under $3.00 and lasts me about 10 days

You're so right. That plain Greek yogurt is so tart by itself! I really like the idea of adding vanilla extract and cinnamon. I'll have to try that! Do you have any videos talking about your take on 0%fat yogurt vs 2%? I've heard good and bad and would love to hear your point of view in a video!

Sorry guys but as Greeks from Greece told me the other day, the stuff that is sold in America is Greek in name only. It is not actually Greek yogurt; they said it doesn't even taste the same.

This is so useful! How do you feel about 0% fat versus 2% or full?

I prefer Fage-% over Chobani, but I'm with ya on adding the cinnamon and vanilla! I also add a packet of stevia to sweeten it a bit... so so good!

You have to add in carbohydrates turn into glucose (blood sugar) which raises the total amount of sugar in a serving size. Also vanilla extract and cinnamon do contain sugar.

I like it for smoothies. Much cheaper than protein powder.

Just started watching your channel and I love it!:)
You should do a "The Skinny" on granola bars/protein bars.
One on types of cereals would be good too:)
