I typically support workers when they go on strike, but in this particular case, I think they’re completely unreasonable. These jobs don’t require any formal education or specialization; you can start working with just a high school diploma, or even without one. Yet these workers are asking for a base salary of $170, 000? That’s entirely unrealistic, similar to when McDonald’s employees demanded $20 per hour. I cannot support this.

This union must be broken up. Too much concentration of economic power. If a corporation had such power the Justice Department would be taking action.

I know dozens of construction workers that spends all day 14-16 HR DAYS in season digging trenches with shovels in areas where equipment can't be used. Also Roofers and framers doing 7 days a week all day work for a little over half of what they make today.
