This is exactly what I told my
Manager from a multinational company I used to work for, on the very first week.
I am highly positive that you, Rajiv, well know how things work in big companies when an employee is having such approach: they simply try to "shut you up" by attributing you derogatory labels for you such as calling you "arrogant" when your posture is steady confidence combined with good attitude (basically that kind that they're not used to see on their employees) so I wouldn't have projection and so my influences wouldn't have repercussions on my coworkers.
It was inevitable, for against facts there are no arguments, my colleagues started picking things by themselves and protesting about it, our group became stronger and stronger, they started changing managers every other six months. Things rapidly became chaotic for clearly they were unprepared for the unexpected.
They ultimately refused to change the basics for their employees.
After trying upon trying my colleagues and I presented resignation letters, in waves.

Now, at this time, if they do not implement the necessary changes the company will start collapsing, bit by bit with time, simply because what used to work yesterday is no longer fitting today's standards and necessities.

It is not there in many companies and lot of poltics happens and happened in my carrier appraisal system is tottally mystry some people gets promoted over night because of many personal benefits they to the managers i have seen plenty like this

Tell these things in Eutopian world my friend. People will clap immediately after listening to you words, but everything will run as they used to. People can build good systems but they won’t because people don’t like to be controlled by a system(as people want to dictate terms), and they can use the inconsistencies in the system for exploiting other people/employees.

There is a worst rule of management, companies pay only that amount an employee cannot leave, Employees work hard that they don't lose the job.
