"Due Process" BECAUSE of where it actually is in the United States Constitution only applies the Judicial branch, it does not apply to the Congressional. The reason is that Congress has the authority to remove a person from office, they do not have the authority to charge a person with commiting a Criminal Offense. The Judicial branch has the authority to charge a person with committing a Criminal Offense, they do NOT have the authority to remove them from office.

The current Supreme Court just overturned Roe vs Wade because the Constitution requires the House to establish a law further defining the the specifics, then took one more step to return the matter to the states. The Republicans were in favor of this Supreme Court position.

Now we have another instance where the Republicans accompanying Trump were questioning the interpretation of the Constitution's position on the final counting of votes by the Vice President. Because they believed the duties were ambiguous, it afforded an opportunity to interrupt the VP's role in the way they wished. If the House was required to write laws at the state level for abortion, then why isn't additional action required for the final verification steps of the election.

The new Supreme Court has muddied the waters and the need for referential integrity and consistency for other laws where the interpretation in the moment becomes controversial. What a mess! The Judicial Branch, more specifically, the Supreme Court, is actively weakening the strength of the laws of our land inviting chaos and subterfuge! What can be done to bring the court into alignment with a more ethical and grounded institution!?!

So, on one hand she talks about what the Constitution says and following it (I wonder what part), but on the other hand, whoever the nominee is for the party, she will vote for them (never mind their past criminality). I guess that's okay. I wonder what the Constitution says about fake electors, coup plotters? Seems again, it is all about the party. and not the people. We need to work with others. (On what?) Can't even answer a straight question, without a spin. Will do anything for a vote. No conscience of integrity.
