I Got the heavy core on my second ominous vault

is the heavy core drop rate scaled with the level of the ominous bottle you consume at the trial chambers or is it always 8.3% chance of receiving a heavy core no matter what level ominous bottle you consume, whether its level 1 or level 5?

Are the rates of the heavy core drops tied to the seed? Like if I try an ominous trial chamber, beat it, and dont get a heavy core, if I’ve made a backup save file before fighting, can I reload that save file to try again, or will that specific vault never drop a Heavy Core if it doesn’t the first time?
