And those companies tend to have projects and initiatives, so there’s information about those projects and initiatives that you need to keep organized. The more information about those companies that you have, the better.
But you also need that information organized so that you don’t have information about a different company’s initiatives associated with the wrong company.
Keeping track of the people, the companies, their initiatives, and all the stuff you can sell them to make their problems go away is complicated – but that’s why Salesforce is great.
