OneDrive - Sync Shared Files to File Explorer

Where did the link to those Shared Files go?? Don't search your emails each time - sync Shared File locations using OneDrive. Here's how.

This tutorial was uploaded 3-years ago. . .I don't have the "sync" button in OneDrive any longer to "sync" the file into Explorer; how do you fix this?

What if the Sync button is missing?

My problem is I could find the "add shortcut to My Files", but doing so, I can't move the shortcut to another folder and suppose it will continue to sync... When I do that, the shortcut become a new folder and stops receiving new data because now the owner is me. I would like to organize the shared folders in the same structure as it was first created in the owner's cloud.

Hello do you know how can I sync files shared by external user? (Both sides are using OneDrive business)

I have an issue where only a FILE was shared with me, not the FOLDER. No way to sync it to my file explorer. Am I going crazy? I can go to the browser and open in Excel, but I have to always go to the browser to find the file and open it. SO frustrating.

How can I sync files uploaded to my onedrive directly with my desktop? Normally I use onedrive folder on my desktop to upload files to onedrive cloud. Any file I want to be on onedrive cloud, I copy to my onedrive folder on desktop. When I do that, I can access those files on onedrive cloud. When I upload a file to onedrive cloud directly (say from a different computer), how can I see that file on my onedrive desktop folder? Appreciate your help.

If anyone find a way to quickly copy a link via file explorer to a shared files in one drive keeping existing access - PLEASE share . now it takes like 5-6 slow clicks to copy such a link
