I’m not gonna lie, my iPad mini 6 is already doing the job flawlessly, at this point the mini 7 feels like a “pro” version of the mini 6. We’re hitting a plateau in technology upgrades comparison to previous innovation. Now is the time devices become as affordable as ever and just as fast as the previous generations.

I have the iPad mini 6. (cellular, 256) I use it in portrait mode about 5% of the time. (When I use it as a GPS in the car...) You may be surprised at the number of users who use it in landscape. I'm hoping for the mini to be even more landscape friendly in the future.

We plan on upgrading our daughter's to 256 GB storage due to her drawing stuff. Her 5 goes to my wife and I keep my 6. The 5 or 6 are actually fine for us - we just need more storage. The mini is my go-to device for traveling when I do not need my Mac.

Most people don’t even notice Pro motion so I doubt it will have it. The mini is usually like a Mini iPad Air. I do hope it gets the M1 or M2 But is will probably only have the A18

It would be interesting if they gave it some kind of new "pro-motion" where the feature isn't so much that it can go up to 120hz but that it can go even lower than the current 10hz to save battery life, since most people probably just use these to read.

Im excited because I have the Mini 6 and only 64gb storage, so I am ready to upgrade to get more storage. I have several iPads, but I find myself using the mini 6 the most, it's just a fantastic ipad. I actually still have my 1st gen mini, but it's been long since retired. Ready for Mini 7!

I used to be a big iPad mini fan. I owned the mini 2, 4 and 5. But I am sooo in love with my iPad Pro 11 in. The 11 inch is not as mobile as the mini, but as far as viewing content and social media viewing, it’s perfect! So unfortunately, I think my mini days have come to an end. 😔

I would love to see a 1TB version in the mini line, but I doubt they will do it.

theyll move the camera to the side since theyre shifting the screen sideways anyways, so itll likely support new pencil pro

It might be wishful thinking, but seeing an iPad mini X-treme with spatial cameras and a 3D glassless screen would be amazing, similar to the Lume Pad 2. This would allow for spatial video and photo editing, optimized for immersive viewing on the Vision Pro.

I use the iPad Mini 6 everyday for work as a content producer. The only reason I will upgrade is for Face ID
