An A18 and 8GB of RAM might be enough for me to upgrade from my iPad Mini 6. I don’t notice the jelly scroll very much, so that’s less of an issue for me. I also hope they make the colors a little more vivid like the iPhone.

I have been wanting a new iPad mini for a long time now. I know there are no rumours on a mini pro model, but I wish it will get the pro camera setup. I love my mini for travelling and it’s great for taking pictures. The larger screen (than a iPhone) makes it great for framing the perfect shot.

So yes, I plan on getting the iPad mini 7 this year.
