Welcome to my Channel Tech Sudama, In this video I'm going to tell you How to Convert MBR to GPT During Windows 10,Windows 8 or Windows 7 Installation. It can be perform in any version windows.
If you find the dialogue during installation like this "Windows can not be installed to this disk, the selected disk is of GPT, or Windows can not be installed to this disk, the selected disk is of MBR" then you have to Convert Your Computer Partition Either MBR to GPT or GPT to MBR.
The process will be simple with me. And I'm going to help you.

GPT and MBR are different partitioning schemes, and converting between them involves modifying the disks partition table this process requires reformatting the disk, its not possible convert without data loss, first you have to backup your data in any other place, or you can convert only with third party tools like EaseUS Partition Master.

you have already erased disk by command clean

How you put on the title "without data loss", if you hit "Clean" on diskpart, this ERASE the drive!!! You are providing missleading information.
