Hi everyone so this video is great but someone could explain to me why the plasma with 150mosmol/L of PN and 150mosmol/L of P is hypotonic compared to the cell?
And also why the plasma 300osmol/L of NaCl (150Na and 150Cl) and 150osmol/L of glucose is hypertonic ?

I'd like to ask a question. In the last case(cell with 3NP and solution with 3 NP and 2P), when equilibrium is attained, the cell should have 1P and the solution should also have 1P. This means that the solution is isosmotic when equilibrium is attained. Is this correct?
