I soak mines in salt and vinegar water before I cut my greens up for about 30 minutes just in case bugs, or worm are on the leafs.Then I cut them up and rub them in the water to cook them. I cook them in there on green juice. I never add anymore water.❤❤

I clean my greens with baking soda. It gets the dirt out and it’s stops gas from developing when you eat them. I do not use dish detergent. I have never even heard of that.

I use a non fragrant liquid detergent for washing my greens . Then rinse all the soap off cold water, then rinse again in vinegar water, after that just rinse in cold water and I'm done .
