I disagree. The bible says in the Old Testament; Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright. Job was perfect. God TOLD Satan that. You gonna argue with God?
In the New Testament Paul said; Follow me, as I follow Christ.
Paul told Timothy, the bishop of Ephesus, to be an example to the hearers.
And; 2 Timothy 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnishedunto all good works.
When your doing God's will, your perfect.
