I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine. Diet, Herbs, Qigong, Taiji. I used to practice Silat and Escrima and still enjoy "playing" sticks, except now I go with Taiji Style Flow.

So interesting, I’ve started to become so interested in TCM after my mom using it for me. She usually do some ginger drink with the red dates and another Chinese red berry she was recommended from our foreign store. Very tasty and felt good, I will try to learn alot more💛

春夏养阳,秋冬养阴。what do we need to eat during these seasons? Is my interpretation correct that during Spring, Summer, take food that can 养阳 like mutton, etc? But isn't mutton "heaty" and needs to take in Summer to "养阳"? Could you enlighten me on that? Felt confused. Thanks in advance!
