If the Japanese have a healthy Omega 3 index, doesn't that mean that supplements are unnecessary? In order words, if someone is eating more seafood on a regular basis, it is not unnecessary to take pills. My concern about supplements is its lack of regulation. In other words, I have no idea what I am swallowing if I were to take a fish oil pill.
