While trying to reset the Windows 10/11 PC or Laptop you may get this error that could not find the recovery environment which can be because of two different reasons.
- Recovery drive is disabled
- Recovery drive is deleted

after fist command it showed DISABLED but in second It says "REAGENTC.EXE: The Windows RE image was not found." after i paste reagentc /enable (second command)! why?

You do not need any backups if just want to fix recovery drive missing.. you just use the Windows media creator tool and use the files readily available to fix recovery drive missing error etc.
