Do not use an official Apple Lightning cable. Find an off brand USB A-type cable. Not sure why but that seemed to fix my 4013 error code and allowed me to restore

Please, PLEASE!!!! Read the comments first before downloading, let alone purchasing. My iPad Pro 12.9 (4th Gen) was stuck in boot loop *error 4013. I downloaded the free software as recommended. Once I signed up and tried to fix the problem, of course I had to upgrade 🙄 $40 for a 1 month service. I was hesitant and going to delete the program only to find out they offered a 30% discount, ok cool. So I proceeded to pay only to find out it still didn’t fix anything, SMH. I am currently in the process for a full refund because they offer “30 day money back guarantee” “under select terms and conditions” (which I’m sure they’re going to give me a hard time for) I should have initially taken it to the Apple Store instead of trusting the internet’s lies. Point of my story you ask… I waisted 2 hours of my life trying to fix this stupid issue. Heed me warning, DON’T BUY! PS. If the issue gets fixed or I get a refund within a timely manner I will update this comment

I purchase the pro version and not work with a iPad Pro 10.5. The iPad flash a red screen after start repair and reboot, and reboot and reboot with same red screen.

4013 Code is hardware issue, most likely USB problems. This software can’t fix hardware at all, don’t pay IQ tax. 4013 是硬件问题，只能更好零件

With iTunes it happens to me that it downloads all the updates and after an hour it begins to download the firmware. the error code like 9 75 and more
