Red Dead Redemption 2 Bigger Mini Map Radar HUD How To Find Settings Walkthrough Online Guide Larger

This quick video shows the way to set your radar mini map on the screen to the biggest size possible, there are 4 settings, Off, Compass, Regular & expanded,

How to do it,

Go into settings,

Over to display,

Press up on your D pad,

(All the other settings for the HUD are in the display settings),

Go to Radar and scroll sideways with your D pad until you see expanded,

You don't need to save it,

Come back out of your menu system and it is now the biggest size,

Much better than the tiny radar, and no need to press down on the D pad anymore to get the enlarged mini map,

Player V Player should be easier now as you can see them sneaking up behind you,

Just a quick heads up with this video, i have found an even quicker method, all you do is hold down on the D pad,

And a quick menu pops up,

Just press which ever you want to set it to,

PS4
Triangle = compass
Square = expanded
Cross = regular
Circle = off

Xbox please confirm these are correct,
Y = compass
X = expanded
A = regular
B = off

Expanded is still way too small for me to see the icons. Bad eyesight, medium sized TV about 9 feet away, and it is impossible to read the dang thing.
