NHS scumbags told me to go talk to a neighbour instead of a doctor. They need investigating and not by the government

NHSD was no different to the likes of the East Ambulance Service or South Central Ambulance Service for example who are run by the lazy and inept (especially the grade 7 plusses)! Who all look to other providers to cut costs by utilising an outsource ie CareUK or Conduit Global who only partially run it slightly better but as a Tax Payer outsourcing is 1) dangerous as they are only looking for bums on seats where they're staff are not screened for mental health so chances are your going to have your health care provided by a nutter and 2) the training is minimal 3) The outsourcing removes the responsibility the provider had in employing staff like sick pay, accomodating access to work requirements, maternity, risks of being taken to tribunal etc! 4) However in reality you/ me are paying twice for one job to be done as outsourcing is a complete fallacy!
