What I can't believe is how his players still love him. There were players who absolutely hated Walsh and Parcells they made peace over the years but Gibbs... I never heard one player say one bad word about Joe Gibbs.

What made Joe so great is that he stood in his lane which was the offensive side and delegated his responsibilities. Richie Pettibone did the defense and Joe stayed away from that. Bobby Beathard was able to draft the right guys and it all worked out.

Joe Gibbs is a Hall of Famer. And his siblings Barry, Maurice and Hector Gibbs of the Bee Gees also are in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.
