The most exciting aspect about a new switch is that when the original came out Nintendo OWNED the handheld market and now they have real competition so I'm curious to see what features they may have adopted to say competitive.

Even if the first iteration of Nintendo Switch 2 has an LCD display, LCD technology has improved dramatically over the years. It still won't compare to an OLED, but it definitely won't suffer from earlier LCD technology.

If accurate, the only disappointment is the lack of an OLED screen. I've had my Switch since release and held off getting a switch OLED because my hope was that the Switch 2 would have one by default. If not and I'd have to wait a year for that to be a thing, that would be frustrating. I'm not buying two Switch 2s.
