very helpful. I had the incoming line to the load and it wouldn’t work so when I watched your video, I just reversed it as you said and put the incoming line to the line and then the continuing wire to the load and it worked perfectly. Thank you.

Is it better to loop around the screws and tighten on the plate? Rather than just stick in through the back?

Installed and no lights. So how do I reset it? Button is not clicking when pushing it in.

When installing a new gfci - compare old to new gfci for my new gfci - the Load and Line Positions switched so the black wires on brass screws and white wires on silver screws change from top to bottom - Have a tester to tell which lines are Hot - power on. Thanks for your video!
