Sugary stuff (lowers ph and loss of calcium, increases cortisol)
Sodas (reduces bone mineral density)
Caffine (leeches calcium from bones)

Calcium and vitamin D3 are very important, but I researched and discovered that vitamin K2 directs the calcium where to go. My problem is sugar! Once I get off of it I feel so much better, but it’s breaking that addiction that’s so hard.
