Gosh Will, I am impressed & surprised how these eye exercises taught me something I never thought of to get my balance back again so that I can walk again. I'm 72, I got a blood infection in my foot from a big cut even though I cleaned it fairly soon. I am very close to walking on my own again. I thank my wife, my good doctors & you to have put me on my way. Thanks very, very much!

I had a car accident almost 3 years ago and now have chronic post concussive syndrome. This is an answer to a prayer! Thank you, Will!

Oh yes I did those exercises years ago in the eighties when my eyes were strained from using computer. I squeeze my nose and blow until my ears pop and it takes away my tinnitus temporarily and also helps on aeroplanes. You and an American lady physio are two of my physio earth angels! Thank you and thank God I found you both on you tube!🙏

I have a brain injury in February and as well as my brain bleed, head fractures, Hearing loss my left inner ear was damaged affecting my vestibular function. Reassuring to see the exercises by my therapist are similar to those you demonstrate here. The walking with head turn is one that I am struggling to master but my commitment will get there. Thanks also for your core exercises which I have used as part of my rehab and has helped during my learning to walk. You are a positive help for me and I thank you.

Thank you Will - for working with the body and not defaulting to medications to help heal the body! You are very talented, a joy to watch and much appreciated. Greetings and best wishes from the Great Sonoran Desert.

Wow Will. I do all the strengthening exercises to avoid falls which is great, but the other day I started wondering about the inner ear and wondering what could be done to improve balance. Bingo today I found this video.
Thanks so much, may God reward you for your kindness to us all 😊

I have fallen once a month for the last 5 months. Not dizzy, just clumsy. Have sciatica and pain in both hips. These exercises are spot on! Thank you.

I'm 69 with vestibular disorder and neurological balance and coordination issues for many years now. I work with physical therapists occasionally and use some of the exercises you show that seem to help. However some of your exercises are new to me and appear to challenge my balance greatly. I can see benefits of using these techniques. Thanks for what you're doing.

Great video, I'm gonna start doing these exercises to improve my vestibular situation.
Having balance and vertigo while riding bicycles and stepping on ladders.
I've been in trouble for almost 3 years, and I believe I can get out of it by following your video advice

He is really good. It’s important to listen to the advice from someone who’s trained.

Benign position vertigo because of vestibular debris is quite common in older people. Fixed mine with Epley's manoeuvres

A good range of useful exercises. It’s interesting that you mentioned the link between eyesight and the sense of balance. There are situations in which it’s best to ignore the ears input altogether, and rely on sight alone - sometimes only using external instruments in an aircraft, e.g. Just occasionally, our sense of balance can be wrong altogether, with the absence of optical input, like in cloud or in the dark.

So very useful. My balance is very poor. I will do these as well as the ones to help improve my walking.

I'll be sharing this video with my work friends who are ablut 15-20yrs my senior (I'm 47). They've been having balance issues lately and I really want to encourage them to be proactive.

I've been doing vestibular exercises from another physio website even though I don't have a problem with dizziness in order to prevent developing a problem. I like these exercises of yours much better. Thanks.
