1. hold X to drop samples and weapons
2. on higher difficulties sneaking past patrols becomes a necessity or get ready to unalive enemies fast
3. patrols -> how to stop a breavh - they release an orange-ish gas
4. most armors have passives that give buffs to your character. one of the best ones right now is the light scout armor which allows you to spot enemies on the map much farther away than normal but there is also a medium armor that has it as well
5. the longer you stay in the mission, the more enemies will spawn and be aggressive
6. shoot while you are running if it's one handed (primary or secondary) backwards
7. illegal broadcast side objective, instead of accessing the terminal and wasting time, blow it up and save time for democracy
8. drop into a safe location and get all of your support gear strategems down asap
9. shuttle always lands facing south - get ready to enter in north
10. this could be hit or miss but the green samples seem to be easily farmed by doing the horde mode missions. We would get upwards of 10 samples in less than 10mins instead of 10 samples in 40mins on a "normal" mission
11. how to dodge a charger easily: by using terrain, dodging at the right time or by circle strafing
12. easy way to kill a charger: Two rockets aimed at the same limb will result in fatality. Based on my observations, when a rocket strikes either a leg or a side, the armor shatters, exposing vulnerable flesh. However, I've discovered that directing both rockets towards the same leg yields the best results in terms of effectiveness.
13. a super easy way to stop a charger in it's path is to use the emp strategm
14. use explosive guns to hit fleshy spots, they do bonus damage like the autocannon (see twitter post CEO of arrowhead)
15. boosters - they don't stack, it applies to everyone on the squad and they have unlimited uses
16. alter compass in settings to see directions like Southeast, northwest, etc.. - settings->hud->compass ordinal directions
17. reticle always visible - setings->hud->reticles visibility
18. pop a stim right before your stamina is out and it will regen same with your hp, perfect for getting away
19. don't reload early, if you do you'll waste whatever ammo you had left inside of your magazine. Instead always try and reload on your last bullet to mitigate waste and decrease your reload time. On top of that make sure to always reload your weapons, including your support weapon before picking up ammo n the ground or from supply drops

One of the best changes to make immediately. Your keybindings. Change stratageims to your arrow keys. That way you can move and use . If your a giga chad. Change stratagiem to space bar. Climb and sprint can be used together for shift unless you using jet pack. This way you can move and sprint while using stratageims. (idk how to spell stratageims forgive me). You get good at it you can call in a reinforcement spawn within seconds. Get a lot of compliments on it and it saves your ass in Suicide difficulty and above.

Leaving 1 round in gun when reloading will speed up reload. No bullshit. It’s like 10% faster we did a side by side in game.

A tip for fighting the automatons on lower difficulties is that the machine gun you get for free can kill anything that isn’t a hulk, tank or bootleg sentinel fairly easily, and with a supply pack you can effectively use the thing as your primary for most of the mission.

Here’s a really useful tip for M&K. Change the key binds for input code from WASD keys to Arrow keys. So you can move while inputting stratagem.

2 - it is always the little one (or basic automaton) that does the signal. If you don't think you can kill them all swiftly, engage them and then wait a couple seconds and look for the one that isn't moving. Shoot that one first.
12 - The most effective way is to put one rocket in one of the front legs then switch to your primary and hit the new weakpoint. It is faster than taking the time to reload your rocket and saves another rocket.

I couldn't log in right now but there is a setting that says something like "hybrid aiming" and it basically makes it so that if you hold the aim button it goes in third person and if you tap it it gets you into first person. What is interesting you can stay in first person for as long as you like and it shows you the whole reload animation too wich isn't the case if you go into first person by pressing aim and middle mouse.

One tip I found that on missions in the automaton region, one where you gotta destroy cell tower panels, you can just shoot them from a far without heading there. I sniped them with a stalwart and had it completed while staying quite a distance away.

If you thought the grenade launcher was great for taking out bug nests, the autocannon can do the same thing

The spike in difficulty between 5 and 6 is insane. Absolutely loving this game.

Another addon to #19 here... Leaving at leave one bullet in the magazine will mKe your reloads slightly faster than reloading an empty mag.

Another tip going prone gives you damage mitigation I wanna say like 75% from my test on helldive difficulty.A lot people don’t realize the cape is armor (hence why it tears while getting beat up on the ground).You will still almost instantly die if you get trample or puked on

My favourite armor effect is so far : 30% increase in throwing range really helps with stratagems and grenades

Also against chargers the stratagem "grenade" for supply pods Stick to enemies so summon a supply Podcast on a charger and he may soon be crushed by the pod it's also worth a Trophy/Achievement
