Thank you! I had the app already installed and then, suddenly, today, clicking on the taskbar icon launched YTTV in Chrome, and not its own app window. Following this video got it working again.

For some reason I don't have that option to "Install YouTube TV" after clicking on the three dots while within Chrome. Not sure what is different for me that prevents it from being available.
